Description
51 acres of undulating and underutilised pastureland, challenging to farm but ideal for biodiversity. Positioned on a B-line between two Biodiversity Opportunity Areas, it forms a headwater catchment with ancient woodland weaving through the site. We are transforming this former Grade III agricultural land into a haven of biodiversity. We are delivering a wide mosaic of habitats, with every element designed to embrace natural regeneration, creating a balanced and resilient ecosystem for generations to come. This project is live on the Biodiversity Gain Site Register and actively allocating units. BNG Units Available: 120 Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS): East Sussex Purchasing units from this project will ensure this land is permanently protected for nature, benefiting people and the planet.
