Overview
Description
69 acres of ex-arable, low-grade, Wealden pasture with woodland shaws, ponds, and an ancient orchard. We’re restoring this varied landscape to boost biodiversity, improve soil and water health, and provide clear, measurable ecological outcomes. BNG units available = 170 The project is live on the Biodiversity Gain Register and actively allocating units. Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS): Kent & Medway Purchasing units from this project will ensure this land is locked for nature in perpetuity for the benefit of people and the planet. Our projects are measured and monitored using additional layers of scientific rigour that go above and beyond the mandatory requirements of BNG.
