Description
Woodoaks Farm is a 300-acre mixed-use farm near Maple Cross - London, run as a charity by the Soil Association Land Trust. It is being developed as a model of organic, nature-friendly farming. Social goals are central to all operations, with a strong focus on community wellbeing, education, and access to nature. The farm supports habitat restoration, sustainable land use, and long-term environmental benefit being funded and driven forward by an ambitious BNG project. Woodoaks Farm Habitat Bank is being delivered in partnership with Natural Asset Partners.
