Description
Boothby Wildland by Nattergal is a 617ha landscape-scale, natural-process led nature restoration site, offering a variety of high-integrity BNG units. Habitats include grassland, heathland and shrub, woodland and forest, lowland meadow, and lakes. Additional units will be available from Q4 of 2025, including highly sought after Watercourse units. Over the last three years, Nattergal has been staggering Boothby's retrat from arable farming, along with the restoration of the West Glen river and adjacent woodland. Nattergal hosts a range of community workshops, volunteering opportunities and events at Boothby, allowing local communities to benefit from the site and engage with Nature. Units are legally secured and registered on the government gain site under BGS-031024001 Nattergal is experienced with the sale and allocation of BNG units, and can guide you through the process.
