Park House Farm near Ferhurst in the South Downs National Park, is owned by Kate & Ali, Undertaking an ambitious biodiversity enhancement project, developed in partnership with Natural Asset Partners and Gaia Plus. The habitat bank offers BNG units to offset: - Other neutral grassland - Lowland meadow - Mixed scrub - Rural / urban trees - Lakes - Ponds (non-priority habitat) - Woodland and forest - Other woodland; broadleaved - Woodland and forest - Other woodland; mixed - Hedgerows (medium, high and V.
