Description
Already approved and Registered. Our reserve sits in Quantock hills and offers complaint and ready to secure BNG units across the entire Somerset LPA area and the two NCA areas of Quantock Hills (144) and Vale of Taunton and Quantock Fringes (146). The reserve has been established to enhance and create habitats for offsite BNG and delivers 473.34 Units across 77.38 hectares. Habitats and high quality medium and high distinctiveness BNG units across various area types including multi species grassland; hedgerows; woodland and Lakes and ponds. The site holds an approved 30+ year Conservation Covenant overseen by environmental consultants RSK. We welcome any discussion on the sales of units for individual development projects and on the entire site for strategic land promoters and developers.
