Overview
Description
Environment Bank is England's leading provider of off-site Biodiversity Units. Located less than ten miles from Crawley, our forty-hectare Ardingly Habitat Bank was secured in 2024. We’ve carefully designed a suitable habitat management plan to boost biodiversity, using strategies to take advantage of the site’s closeness to the Wakehurst and Chiddingly Woods Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Here we will transform the existing arable fields into a rich and diverse mosaic of wildflower grassland, mixed scrubland, woodland, and ponds. Meadows will be managed using conservation grazing strategies to benefit the land – reflecting traditional and historic land management techniques. This Habitat Bank is on the biodiversity gain sites register and our Biodiversity Units are currently being reserved and purchased. Prices are inclusive of all fees and include legal and planning support. For our latest prices and availability, contact us directly via the Contact Seller button.
