Description
The attached metric is 4.0, with a habitat management plan which has been approved by the Suffolk county chief ecologist. The orchard is half planted with some of the trees now 2 years old. The wet woodland as been approved the the Environment agency, and will form part of a proposed Landscape Recovery Plan for the River Deben Valley. We would also consider any suitable habitat type, grassland, scrub, meadows, ponds, etc. Hedges and ditches lost in the 1970s could be re-created. Riverine units could be available later. We will update the metric and management plan, if required, after a habitat is chosen. We will be very flexible on this. We will ask for a small deposit once an agreement has been reached. Baseline survey completed in Spring 2023. All enquiries are welcome.
