Biofarm Restoration Site

Overview
Description
With commanding views of the pastoral landscapes of Suffolk, this location offers an opportunity to create a range of habitats, building on an already diverse mosaic. The strategy would incorporate scrub creation to replicate natural recolonisation of woodland, enhancement of riparian habitat to improve river conditions, and floodplain restoration to provide habitat and feeding sites for scarce waders in the area. A number of heritage oak trees are also set to be planted to replicate a wood-pasture and parkland system.
