Welcome to White House Farm Habitat Bank! This fifth-generation family-owned and operated farm is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Over the years, the farm has experienced intensive farming practices. In the late 1970s, nearly all the hedges and trees were removed from the fields, resulting in land that lacked biodiversity due to over-farming. There is a strong passion and commitment to restore the land to its former glory, transforming it into vibrant wildflower meadows, species-rich grasslands, woodlands, orchards, scrub areas, and natural ponds. The goal is to support diverse habitats for wildlife and promote nature recovery. As a dedicated landowner and operator, White House Farm is excited to collaborate with developers to provide both whole and fractional units tailored to meet individual needs.
