Townsend Chartered Surveyors are regulated by the RICS and are the leading independent national broker of BNG, with over thirty years of experience trading similar land based intangible assets. We have/are advising on over 90 habitat banks throughout England. In the last two quarters of 2025 we placed sales worth over £7 million and in the first two quarters of 2026 are placing £4.4 million worth of sales with the number of purchaser's enquiries up by 50%.
