Overview
Description
Environment Bank is England's leading provider of off-site Biodiversity Units. Less than ten miles from the Essex coastline sits Tiptree Habitat Bank – a thirty-five acre parcel of land where we are restoring habitats and supporting local wildlife. The site’s diverse mosaic of grassland, scrub, and woodland will create habitats for a wide range of flora and fauna – including locally recorded birds of prey such as barn owl and harrier. This Habitat Bank is being added to the biodiversity gain sites register and our Biodiversity Units are being reserved and purchased. Prices are inclusive of all fees and include legal and planning support. For our latest prices and availability, contact us directly via the Contact Seller button.
