Description
This family farm is a smallholding run by the same family for 5 generations and have been implementing environmental improvements to the land since 2014. We now have our habitat bank on the National Register and is approved for offsite BNG use by Cheshire East Council's ecology team. Our ecological consultants are Tyler Grange a national leading independent environmental consultancy. We are primarily selling Lowland Meadow, but will also be bringing neutral grassland, hedgerows, watercourse and a small wetland to the market shortly. Cheshire East has asked us to provide a 'small sites' habitat bank and so we are happy to accommodate fractions of units. Additional admin charges will apply to each sale covering legal fees, allocation drawings, registration and ecological consultant inputs. These will be clearly set out in any offer letter issued.
