Description
381 Biodiversity Units across 173 acres of land, available in Bath & North East Somerset LPA. The site currently comprises other neutral grassland, modified grassland, and former arable land, offering the potential for recovery to high-quality unimproved grassland habitats and highly distinctive wood-pastures. These sites are flanked by a significant stock of mature and veteran trees, flushes and spring lines, and highly distinctive deciduous broadleaved woodlands. Given the extent of the site and the ambitious management scheme, led by ecologists at the forefront of UK habitat restoration, we can offer bespoke solutions for the delivery of off-site units.
