Overview
Description
Lower Chew Forest is the largest new forest establishment in South West England in a generation. Through our ongoing nature recovery project , 450+ biodiversity units are now available for sale. This includes species-rich grasslands, hedgerows, mixed scrubland, individual trees and traditional orchards. The land will be managed for nature in perpetuity and our management approaches are linked to positive social and environmental impacts that deliver benefits to our local communities. Our units are perfect for developers in Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Midsomer Norton and the beyond, including the regional Enterprise Zones under development. The unit pricing structure we apply aligns with the regional estimated National Character Area and Local Planning Authority benchmark prices per unit type. This ensures our clients' off-site BNG solutions are cost-effective and the prices we quote reflect the going market rates. Our site is on the national gain site register, reference number BGS-301025002, and is secured through a Section 106 agreement with Bath and North East Somerset LPA. Please contact us for a bespoke quote to fit your needs.
