Description
Haffenden Estate is able to offer a range of 14 habitats in one location including lowland meadows, traditional orchards, lakes, woodland, scrub, wet woodland, ditches, hedgerows, individual trees and more. All our units are legally secured with a Conservation Covenant on the Biodiversity Gain Sites register for a minimum period of 30 years. The work is overseen by a team of skilled ecologists and habitat restoration specialists. Our estate is located in the heart of Kent, within Ashford LPA and adjacent to both Maidstone LPA and Tunbridge Wells LPA. The estate is situated within both the High Weald National Character Area 122 and Low Weald National Character Area 121. Our location and proximity to your site is paramount when considering the wider landscape aims for nature recovery in Kent. You need to consider the strategic significance of our site and the spatial risk multiplier to assess whether we are a good fit in terms of location for the provision of your off site BNG units.
